Everyone's complaining about the 50 degrees, wind and rain...but I love it! It's about what things will be like when we're in Ethiopia (well, maybe 65 degrees), so consider it preparation. Plus it gave us time to sit down and go through all the donations we've received to take with us to the orphanages and schools.The stuff we went through today is maybe a 1/4 of everything. A lot of it hasn't made it's way to our house yet. We have school supplies, hair accessories, hygiene items and various other things. It's been an amazing response! With it only being a 1/4 of it all, it's going to be a busy week as we sort through the rest of it and get it all packed and ready to go.
I commend you for the amazing things you have done and are doing for the children of Ethiopia. I have always been amazed at your strength and attitude of giving. May you have a safe and wonderful trip. Thank you for sharing this with the world!
